A Personal Note From Amber
Growing up, I always felt like retail stores wanted to put me in a box. Literally. Walk into any clothing store, and you're forced to make a choice: go left for the women's section, or go right for the men's. But what happens when the labels society hands you don't match who you actually are?
For as long as I can remember, I battled with gender expectations, societal labels, and the pressure to fit into specific stereotypes. And honestly? The most frustrating part of that battle started every single morning at the underwear drawer. I wanted to choose underwear that felt more like me, but nothing ever fit my body comfortably. No one should have to choose between their identity and their comfort.
I knew there had to be a better way. So in 2025, at 20 years old, I founded InSync Boxer Co. right here in Perth, Western Australia.
My vision wasn't just to start another fast fashion apparel brand; I wanted to build a sanctuary. The world doesn't need more unnecessary consumerism or cheap, disposable clothing. I wanted to do things completely differently. Instead of just boasting about 'sustainable practices' like so many big brands do, I chose a different path. I chose significantly lower profit margins so we could invest in ethical manufacturing partners who back up every single thread, process, and material with world recognized certificates and standards.
InSync is a place where you can come exactly as you are, without needing to put a label on it. We designed premium, high quality boxer briefs made to fit bodies, not gender binaries. No more wedgies, no more chafing, and absolutely no more fitting into someone else's mould.
InSync is more than just underwear. It’s a quiet daily reminder to feel good in your own skin, to stand tall, and to focus on what truly matters.
Thank you for being here and joining the movement. Let’s finally get in sync with who we truly are and wear the comfiest, fairest undies in Australia while doing it.
