Are the 5" Tides designed for men or women?

Both! And for anyone who doesn't identify as either. The Tides are designed with a flat front (no extra fabric or contour pouch); however, many of our cis-male customers still absolutely love them and wear them comfortably. They are truly made for everybody.

I'm between sizes, what should I do?

Because our fabric has great stretch, it depends on your preference. If you prefer a snug, compressive, athletic fit, size down. If you prefer a slightly more relaxed everyday fit, size up.

What are they made of?

The 5" Tides are crafted from 95% Modal and 5% Elastane. This premium blend gives you a cloud like, incredibly soft feel against your skin with just the right amount of stretch to keep its shape all day.

How do I wash them?

To keep your Tides looking and feeling like new, we recommend a machine wash cold with like colours. Tumble dry on low heat, or air dry to maximize the longevity of the fabric and label. Do not iron or bleach.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once shipped, standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package leaves our dispatch.

What is your return policy on underwear?

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or worn underwear packs. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will make it right!
