Thank you for shopping with InSync Boxer Co. We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible, in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Return Eligibility & Conditionss
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day change of mind return window from the date you receive your order. Because our products are intimate apparel, strict health and hygiene regulations apply.
To be eligible for a change of mind return or exchange: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original, unaltered condition. All original product packaging, and inserts must be intact and attached.
Hygiene Exclusion: For health and safety reasons, packages of underwear that have been opened, tried on, or worn cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please check our size guide carefully before opening your items.
Defective, Damaged, or Faulty Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or fails a consumer guarantee, you are absolutely entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you notice a fault. For verified faulty items, InSync Boxer Co. will cover all return shipping expenses or arrange a zero-cost replacement.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, email our customer care team at insyncboxer.co@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty.
Return Authorization: If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will send you a Return Authorization alongside detailed instructions on where to send your parcel.
Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Australia Post Registered Post), as we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.
3. Refunds & Processing Times
Once your return is received at our facility, our team will inspect its condition to ensure it meets our hygiene and resale standards. Approved returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will automatically be issued directly back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
4. International Returns
For orders shipped outside of Australia, please contact our customer care team directly for specialized routing instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping postage and customs tracking unless the item is verified as faulty.
